Zorik Gordon, one of our founders, has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of our board of directors since 2003, and also served as our President from 2003 to 2011. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Gordon served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President, Corporate Development for WorldWinner, a provider of prize-based tournaments in online games. Mr. Gordon previously founded Jackpot.com, which grew to become the Connexus Corporation, an online marketing company. Our board of directors has concluded that Mr. Gordon should serve on the board based on his deep knowledge of our company gained from his positions as one of our founders and our Chief Executive Officer.

Nathan Hanks, one of our founders, has served as our President since 2011 and as a member of our board of directors since 2012. He has previously served as our Co-Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Distribution Officer. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Hanks held various positions at CDI Corporation, a provider of outsourcing solutions and professional staffing, most recently as Vice President, SAP Services. Prior to that, he founded and operated a number of companies from 1996 to 1999 with a focus on the retail industry. Mr. Hanks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Business Administration from Centenary College. Our board of directors has concluded that Mr. Hanks should serve on the board based on Mr. Hanks' long history with our company as one of its founders, his expanded role in our company, and his deep knowledge of our company and its business and markets.

Michael Kline, one of our founders, has served as our Chief Strategy Officer since June 2011 and President of Local Commerce since December 2011. Mr. Kline has also previously served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of ReachLocal. Mr. Kline served as Vice President, Product Development at WorldWinner from 2002 to 2003. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Kline served as a Senior Manager, Media & Entertainment, at Deloitte Consulting, and from 1999 to 2000, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Product Development for AdStar.com, a provider of advertisement management solutions. Mr. Kline previously founded Recycler.com, a provider of online classified advertisements, and served as its General Manager from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Kline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature from Harvard College.

Robert Wright, one of our founders, served as our Vice President, Business Development from 2003 to 2007 and has served as our Executive Vice President and General Manager, ReachLocal Xchange, since 2008. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Wright served as Director, Business Development for WorldWinner and from 2000 to 2001 he served as Director, Business Development for LineUp Technologies, a streaming media syndication company. Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western State College of Colorado.

Ross G. Landsbaum has served as our Chief Financial Officer since 2008. Prior to joining us, Mr. Landsbaum held various executive positions at MacAndrews and Forbes' Panavision a service provider to the motion picture and television industries, including Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2007 and Chief Operating Officer in 2007. Prior to Panavision, Mr. Landsbaum served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer for Miramax Films, the art-house and independent film division of The Walt Disney Company, from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, he served in various capacities, including as the Chief Financial Officer at Spelling Entertainment Group a diversified entertainment concern, and various capacities at Arthur Andersen. Mr. Landsbaum holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Adam F. Wergeles has served as our General Counsel since 2007 and currently serves as our Secretary. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Wergeles served as Chief Legal Officer for Connexus Corporation, an online media company. Before Connexus Corporation, Mr. Wergeles served as Vice President, Operations for Kaplan's Concord Law School, a provider of online legal education, from 2001 to 2003. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Wergeles served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Quisic Corporation, an e-learning company. Mr. Wergeles holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College.

Jason Whitt is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for ReachLocal. Prior to ReachLocal, Mr. Whitt was with VantagePoint Venture Partners, where he focused on Internet/ digital media, cloud delivered software & services, mobile, and consumer investments. His investments and board seats included ReachLocal, Widevine (acquired by Google), Multiply (acquired by Naspers), Zvents, and Phreesia. He was also closely involved in VantagePoint's investments in Scribd, ChaCha, Vook, Livescribe, and Pure Digital (acquired by Cisco Systems). Before joining VantagePoint, he was responsible for acquisitions, venture investing, and corporate strategy for Cisco Systems' Corporate Business Development group. Prior to Cisco, he served in product management for Xros (acquired by Nortel Networks), and was part of the founding team of Transvascular (acquired by Medtronic). Mr. Whitt holds a Bachelors of Science in engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University, is a Kauffman Fellow, and is named on 16 patents.

Josh Claman has served as the Chief Revenue Officer since August 2012. He has more than 25 years of experience building and leading multi-billion dollar sales and service organizations across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining ReachLocal, he spent 10 years at Dell where he served in several executive sales and general management roles. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Claman was Dell's Vice President and General Manager of Public and Large Enterprise Business in the Americas. Prior to Dell, he held several senior executive positions at NCR. Mr. Claman attended the Advanced Management Program at Oxford University, and received his Master of Business Administration from University of South Carolina and Bachelor of Arts from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Kris Barton has served as ReachLocal's Chief Product Officer since February 2012. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of multimedia software and platform company Nero AG from 2010 to 2012. Since starting at Nero in 2006, Barton also held the title of Executive Vice President of Global Products, overseeing all product development. Prior to Nero, Barton served in multiple management roles at Microsoft Corporation from 2001 to 2006, overseeing the product development efforts for the MSN online properties including MSN.com and MSN network channels. Barton has also held product positions at Omniture and Novell Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and marketing communications from Brigham Young University.

Matt Soska has served as Reachlocal’s Sr. Vice President of Operations since April 2012.  He previously served as Senior Vice President of Operational Finance and Shared Services since joining the company in 2010.  Before ReachLocal, Mr. Soska served as Chief Financial Officer of Mural Ventures and its portfolio companies from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that he served in various executive roles including Chief Financial Officer at Apptix ASA, a global provider of hosted business communication, collaboration, and IT solutions from 2002 to 2006. Previous to that, he served as a Partner and Vice President at USWeb from 1999 to 2002.  Mr. Soska holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from St. Joseph’s University, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania  and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.

Steve Fullbright has served as Senior Vice President of Global Services since October 2010.  Previously, Mr. Fullbright was Senior Director of Application Delivery & Security for Rockwell Collins, Inc. and since joining Rockwell in 2004 he held several key IT leadership positions including stewardship of financial, performance, commerce, HR and security systems.  Prior to Rockwell Collins, Mr. Fullbright held IT management roles at International Paper Company from 2001 to 2004 and operated Fullbright Consulting LLC from 1999 to 2001.  He holds a Bachelor  of Business Administration in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Iowa State University.

Tim Johnson has served as Global Vice President of Human Resources since July 2011. Before ReachLocal, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Dean Foods from 2009 to 2011. Prior to Dean Foods, Mr. Johnson held executive level Human Resources roles at Dell from 2007 to 2011 supporting Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Mr. Johnson has also held senior level positions in Human Resources at DuPont, Pepsi-Cola and Ford Motor Company. He holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oakland University.

Todd Ebert has served as Chief Marketing Officer since November 2012. He previously served as Senior Vice President Marketing and Vice President Marketing since joining the company in 2009. Prior to ReachLocal, Mr. Ebert held several executive roles including Vice President Marketing, at Entrust, an Internet security software company from 2001 to 2009. From 1992 to 2000 he held global product marketing positions at 3M, Pfizer and Sprint. Mr. Ebert received a Master of Business Administration from The McCombs School at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.

Craig Harris is the Chief Operations Officer for ReachLocal Australia and has been with the company since 2008. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Mr. Harris held several executive positions including Chief Financial Officer at Travel.com.au Limited and General Manager at Tramada Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University.

Steven Prestidge is the General Manager for ReachLocal Australia and has been with the company since 2007. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Mr. Prestidge was Vice President Sales at Getty Images. Previous to that role, Mr. Prestidge held a variety of senior sales management positions at Dell Computer from 1994-2006. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Evesham College and a variety of industry qualifications in sales, management and marketing.

John Mazur has served as our Chief Executive Officer, ReachLocal Europe since 2007. Prior to joining us, Mr. Mazur served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of The Resource Group. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Mazur was a Vice President and later CEO of New Local Media at IDT, a NYSE telecommunications firm. From 2000 to 2004 Mr. Mazur served as Director of Interactive Marketing for America Online Inc. and Vice President of Global Outsourcing for AOL Time Warner. He holds holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from University of the Pacific.

Hiro Hozumi has served as our Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer, ReachLocal Japan K.K. since 2011. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hozumi served as Board Of Director and Chief Operating Officer of IG Markets Securities for Japan. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Hozumi was a Chief Information Officer of Hartford Life Insurance for Japan. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Hozumi served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Vodafone Japan. From 1991 to 2003, Mr. Hozumi served various positions with Cardinal Heath, Inc., Global Crossing and Du Pont Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from California Lutheran University.

Jose Coscelli has served as Chief Executive Officer for ReachLocal Brazil since July 2012. Prior to joining ReachLocal, Mr. Coscelli served as Chief Operating Officer of Globalweb Brazil, a cloud computing company. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Coscelli was Vice President Sales of Dedalus Prime, an outsourcing provider. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Coscelli served as Sales Director of Siemens LTDA Brazil. Prior to that, Mr. Coscelli served various executives positions at BankBoston Brazil and Bloomberg Latin America. He holds Bachelor of Economics from PUC Sao Paulo Catholic University and a Masters Certificate from Babson College.
